Cancellation Policy

At Makeup Mantra by Puja Dey, we understand that plans may sometimes change. Please read our cancellation and rescheduling policy carefully before confirming your booking.

Cancellation Policy:
A 20% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
If the client cancels the booking before 15 days of the event date, the advance amount will be non-refundable.
If the cancellation is made more than 15 days before the event date, the booking amount is refundable.

Rescheduling Policy:
In case of date rescheduling, booking adjustments may be considered based on availability.
Rescheduling requests should be informed as early as possible to help us accommodate the new date.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Booking Confirmation:
To secure your booking date and time, a 20% advance payment is mandatory.
Bookings will only be confirmed after the advance payment is received.
The remaining balance must be paid on the event day.

Clients are requested to arrive on time.

Travel & Venue Charges:
Travel charges may apply for locations outside the regular service area.
Any venue entry fees, parking charges, or accommodation (if required) must be borne by the client.

Hygiene & Safety:

We maintain strict hygiene standards and use sanitized tools and premium-quality products to ensure the safety and comfort of every client.
